Errors in DLL

After clearing my Cache and Tempoary Internet Files I've found that I must have accidently erased some dlls. I have lost the
RUNDLL WJView and my
WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES BRIDGE.DLL
how do I get these back?

Thank you Denny for your advice, your a lifesaver. I downloaded the pestpatrol and it found 382 adwares hidding in my computer.....;-)
