Errors detected in Outlook and cannot delete emails, cannot fix.

I get an error detected message and I have tried Detect and Repair in HELP.
Nothing has worked . I don't know what has caused this problem and I don't
know how to fix it. Tried all I have found.
 
With Outlook closed, run scanpste.exe on your data file with what ever
version of Outlook you are using
