Errors & Chkdsk

Please help
I am notified of the following error every minute or so: SysUpdShadowProcessing:sysupd.exe - Corrupt File
This error message also includes the following: \Windows\dpysys.ini is corrupt and unreadable. Please run Chkdsk utilit

Now, I've installed the Recovery Console to run the Chkdsk utility. I did run the Chkdsk utility and it seemed to go okay but when I restarted my computer the same error came up.

I don't know if this is important but I recently got a new cable modem. What should I do??
 
Most likely you have the Agobot worm (also known as Gaobot.)

Correction of error in today's earlier posting:
It should say, 'I can't open MY help/support center'
