Error

I'm getiting an error message everytime I log on "rtl70.bpl" I had to restore
my system, that's when it started.
I'm running wendows XP professional.
 
i'm not comfortable doing a clean boot due to previous disasters. any other
suggestions? ran hijack this, not enough knowledge to use that utility, any
other suggestions?

You are wise to know your limitations. Don't mess about with your
computer if you are uncomfortable. As for HJT, you can post your log at

Otherwise, take your computer to a professional computer repair tech
(not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA). There is no shame in doing
this; I don't hesitate to take my car to the mechanic when something is
wrong.
