I have a notebook with xp. After windows has booted up a
few seconds later i am getting this message. "Windows
cannot open this file: File: TFTP776 to open this file,
windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can
go online to look it up automatically or you cam manually
select from a list of programs on your computer.
What do you want to do? (These are the two options it
gives you)Use the web service to find the appropriate
program or select the program from a list.
Is this from the msblast worm going around? I did a norton
virus scan on my system and located the virus. I let it
quartine and then i ran the microsoft xp patch on the
microsoft site. Rebooted and it appeared again. I have let
it try and do the web search but no such file could be
found in that search to repair it. I also rescaned and
this time it did not locate the virus. Could someone help
me fix this problem. I need to be assured my system is
virus free and free of any errors. Thanks
