Error when pulling up .aspx page

For some reason my web server does not recognize .aspx
pages. I get this error: A dynamic link library (DLL)
initialization routine failed.

It's a stand alone W2k server with IIS 5.0.

Try updating to the lastest IIS version (IIS 5.1) or installing the lastest
service pack (I guess it's SP4) for Windows 2000... or both.
