Error when printing from TS Web Connection

I have several users who have called that they are not able to print if they
log in from the Terminal Services Web Connection but if they log in from the
Remote Desktop Connection, they are able to print.

The only thing that has changed on the server is I've applied the MS
Security Updates. Any help would be great, thank you.
