When I try to open up Outlook I receive the following
error message:

"Cannot detect previous login. You
need to run Frontstep CRM at least once. Frontstep
Outlook extension will be disable for current Outlook
session". Followed by window titled "Microsoft
Outlook" and error msg "The add-in psExcExt.dll could
not be installed or loaded. Unable to load
pscExcExt.dll."

I do not have the Frontstep CRM on my system. I am not
sure how to go about correcting this problem, and was
hoping that someone could help.

Please let me know if you have seen this error, and what I
can do to make it go away.

Thank you,

Does Otlook continue to open and run?
If so, go to menu Tools>Options>Other tab>Advanced Options in General
section>Add-In Manager or COM Add-Ins and find a related entry to delete.
Also, in Windows Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs and make sure there
is not an entry for Frontstep there. If there is, REMOVE.

Hope this works. Please post back either way.
Good Luck
