Error when opening folder with Large files

Hello,
Every time I open a folder containing larger files, I get a windows explorer
error, and then it comes up asking me if i want to sent my info to microsoft
or not. I click "do not send" everytime, it sort of resets my desktop, and
I'm fine, but its rather annoying. Any ideas?

Go ahead and send it and you will probably get a report back telling you
what the error is, and how to fix it.
