I have a user who cannot open any Word attachments in
Outlook. It gives her the following message, "There is
insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display
the requested font". I deleted all of her temporary
internet files saved in c:\documents and settings, and
she only has a total size of 13000 kb in all of her
Outlook folders combined. I'm not sure what the problem
could be... Any suggestions??

Thanks!!

what version of Outlook? What version of Windows?
Was Office installed under THE Administrative account? (I ask because in
Windows 2000/Outlook 2000, permission issues have cause similar issues).

What about thier physical memory and page file size? (should be 1.5x the
size of physical ram at least).

Can she open the message when saved to the Desktop first?

What version of Outlook and Word? Is she using word as her email editor? The
error is fairly common with some versions.

I would try renaming normal.dot and see if that helps.
