Error When Attempting to send Task Status Report

HELP!! Outlook 2003. When attampting to send task status report, the error
comes up saying that Word is the incorrect version and it cannot use Word as
e-mail editor. This error is duplicated on 2 installations of OL 2003.

It then modififes the options to stop using Word as e-mail editor. This
problem did NOT exist on Office XP. Help!!
 
Is Word 2003 installed?
If it isn't then it needs to be to be integrated into Outlook. If you don't
have Word 2003 then just set html as your message format without the use of
Word.
 
Thanks Bill, but Word 2003 is installed on both computers. Since this
problem duplictaes itself on 2 installations, I sense there is a flaw
somewhere. This was not an issue with Office 2000 or Office XP. Any other
suggestions???
