Error using the correct customer list

The contactlist is empty.
When I create a new message and click the To-button, the contactlist is
empty, burt there is another list
with the same name is available. This list contain the contacts. How do I
move or copy the contacts from this list to the other?

Sounds like you Outlook Address Book is corrupt. Remove it in Tools | Email Accounts, restart Outlook, then add it back.
