Error trying to see Windows Updates

I'm sure where to post this but when I try to check for
Windows updates I get the following: Error number:
0x80072F0D.

I'm running WinXP Pro w/sp2. Using IE6 to check for
updates.

We have several computers that come up with the same
error when you try to check for updates. They're also
running WinXP but with sp1a.

Can't find any information what Error number: 0x80072F0D
is and what might be causing it.

couple of thoughts from what i have read..... (error is = invalid
certificate)

are you running popup blockers ? (preventing certificate to popup so you can
say "yes")

clear temp internet files (and cookies if you are willing)

reapply SP1
