error: target designer was unable to clear the contents of the destination folder

hello and thanks for reading this.

i have setup a second harddrive to build my build image.
but i get the following error:
"error: target designer was unable to clear the contents of the destination
folder"

the problem is that windowxp creates a folder called 'system volume
information' and a 'recycler'.
the target designer cannot remove them and it will not build to the drive.
i did change permission to that everyone has full rights but even this did
not solve the problem.

any suggestions,

never mind, i am just using the c:\windows embedded images\ folder and them
moving the files to the other partition.
