Trying to open AutoCad drawing as an e-mail attachment, it
gives me error-Sorry, an application to open this document
cannot be found.

Tried to copy the attachment to the desktop, it doesn't
open with double click or right click open. The error is
with the association of the file with program. Same file
could be opened from Autocad program itself.
 
You can use assoc and ftype at the cmdline to change file extension
associations or you can use the Folder Options -> File Type UI in Explorer.
