Error Retrieving message

I am experiencing a problem when trying to open files on my web server to
make changes. I receive the following error message - Error retrieving
"companyinfo/people/organisation charts/packaging/bottling.htm" - the
connection timed out or was aborted by the server. - this can be
intermittent, sometimes I can access without any problems, but other times it
can take several attempts before I can open the file.

"organisation charts" rename to organisationcharts or organisation_charts
and see what happens.

Contact your host and ask them to run a check on the extensions. Also remove all spaces from file
and folder names.
