error reporting problems

Hello,

Maybe someone can help me with this strange problem I'm
having:

Every time I boot up my computer I get the SPECIFIC
message:
"The system has recovered from a serious error.
A log of this error has been created.
Please tell microsoft about this problem." etc...
The error report tells me that the problem is a device
driver but that's all they know right now.
The problem is that the error message does not go away.
If I send it it sends and then pops right back up. If I
don't send it pops back up too. I don't think the problem
is with a device driver because I've used the same
configuration for months with no problem (but I could be
wrong). The problem is with the reporting. It keeps
telling me the same thing and I think it doesn't know
that it has told me so it keeps repeating itself. Maybe
my computer has altzheimers (sp?) or something. Otherwise
everything else works fine. Can anyone help me with this?

Control Panel/System/Advanced tab, disable error reporting.
