error report that wont go away

I have been receiving the same error report for over a
month now. I've narrowed it down to the Dell Support
Alerts program. the error report reads

Support has encountered a problem and needs to close

Error Signature
AppName:Support.exe
AppVer:2.0.0.32
ModName:suuport.exe
ModVer:2.0.0.32
Offset: 0001bae2

I've tried to go to the msconfig but itis not listed on
the startup list . If anyone can help i would greatly
appreciate it . I've never even gone to the Dell Support
Alert so i dont know why it is telling me that it has to
close . thanx
 
This is an application that is installed by Dell on their computers. Dell
Support is who you'll need to contact about this issue.
