Error opening properties

Rightclicking and selecting "Properties" or "Security and Sharing..." on any
drive on my computer (C drive, M drive, etc) will create an unknown error in
Windows Explorer. Doing this twice usually results in "DrWatson Postmortem
Debugger" having a fatal error. I am baffled by this problem. After selecting
either of those options, the computer will chug for about two seconds, and
create an error. Typically, my active desktop will shutdown after Windows is
done asking me about sending in the error.

Anyone seen anything like this? After searching the internet for someone
else with a similar problem for three hours last night, all I have been able
to come up with was this:

Only, I do not have SpySweeper nor AVG anti virus.

Thank you in advance,
Brian

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:

Right click causes and error and crashes Explorer.exe after installing Windows XP SP2?:

No, I am afraid neither of those helped. My problem isn't exactly that right
clicking on something causes an error, merely that when I right click on any
drive on my computer, be it a DVD drive or the hard disk, and select either
"Properties" or "Security and Sharing," windows explorer crashes.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Event log might reveal something:
