Error on boot-up

I accidently delete the files in c:\Program Files\Common
Files\updater folder. I'm now getting an error on boot-
up:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
wupdater abnormal program termination.

Can anyone help?

And you emptied the recycle bin as well?
If not, and the recycle bin hasn't been turned off, they should be in
there.
