Error notification

I am a new user of Windows XP Home.
My system keeps shutting down. I receive a message
identifying errors.
These read:

BCCode: c5 BCP1: 00000000 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000001
BCP4: 80538160 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 1_0 Product: 768_1

Additional information:

"The following files will be included in this error
report:

C:\WINDOWS\minidump\mini103003-02.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

I am uncertain what to do. I have tried to contact
Microsoft Support, to no avail.

What were you doing when your PC crashed, Chuck?
After the first crash, did you run System Restore?
Do you run a virus scanner? If not go to www.symanted.com and have them
check your PC for you.
