Hello
I am not sure what you need guided to it looks like the
error message pretty much says it all
I don't know what kind of system you have or what you are
trying to run if you got to much running at startup and
pulling down your ram you can go to
Start>run>type "msconfig" (without the quotes) and click
on the startup tap and stop some stuff from starting up
might just need to go to the store and purchase more ram
Hope this will help
Jim

Maybe the problem is that you don't have enough RAM. What are your system
details; how much RAM installed?

On the surface this sounds like you need to buy more RAM. XP will will with
as little as 128 Meg of RAM, but not well. 256 Meg of RAM will run XP and
most programs, except for yhose that edit large digital images.

Under the surface, this could the way an older program is trying to tell you
that you ahev too much RAM. Yes, I said too much. I have a couple of
win95-vintage interactive CDROMs that complain about too littel virtual
memory. But I have over a 1000 Meg of virtual memory plus 1024 Meg of real
RAM. I contacted the manufacturer of the CDROM and they explained that
sometimes too much can be mis-interpretted as too little. Weird, but true.
