Error no 0x8004210B with Outlook 2002

Anybody have a solution for this error.

I cannot delete the message and it goes on and on on the server. I tried to
delete it but still in my sending box. I just want to delete it first and
then maybe understanding the problem. I searched on the web but there is no
valuable infos nor on the microsoft site.

You don't say what version of Outlook (it's important). For 2002 and 2003,
switch to offline mode (File>Work Offline), close Outlook and restart it.
Delete the message from Outbox. Switch back to online mode, stop, and
restart Outlook.

You can also create a new PST, change your default delivery to that file,
stop, and restart Outlook. Then open the old PST's Outbox and delete the
message. Switch delivery back to the old PST, stop, restart Outlook.
Remove the new PST.
