Error "Msiesh.dll" opening Internet Explorer

When I try to open Internet Explorer I get an
error "msiesh.dll". I was on the phone to Microsoft for 2
hours and told to run Ad Aware, which didn't solve the
problem. Microsoft informd me to try Norton's support and
there I ran a virus check and scan disk. Still no success.
Any other suggestions? I can't excess the web through IE.
