Error msg

When I turn on pc, get msg:Windows cannot find
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DeFolders.exe
How do I eliminate this?
 
This is not an ordinary Windows file and so it looks like a spyware or
virus. Best thing is to scan the system with latest virus signatures
and if it finds nothing, then I would block it permanently by going
into:

Start, Run, MSCONFIG /ALL
Startup
Untick this process
Reboot

Remove the key from the registry.
