Error msg

Receiving Error msg: 'can not load'CFI LOADER'
-I.E. crashs
-outlook crashs
-System will not restore from safe mode
-can't open 'help and support'
My o.s.: WinXP pro Asus mb Av7333, AMD 2200XP athlon,
768 mb ram.
SP1 & SP2.
System work fine yesterday .
only new software installed was a download from
microsoft site for 'window plus' for new screensaver and
game 2 days ago.
P.S. check on site, keeps referring me to 'windows
CE' I'm lost.
Please Help.

Are you sure about the error message? Please post it EXACTLY as it is
stated. Any deviations can make it difficult to find sometimes.
