Which version of Windows is this (Home/Pro/Media Centre/Tablet PC,
Gold/SP1/SP2)? Every time you close any program that message appears? Try
running in safe mode (F8 just before Windows starts to load, or at the
startup menu if your computer has it).

.
Run a diagnostic test on the RAM memory, one of your RAM
modules may have become faulty. If your PC has more than
one module of memory, just remove one at a time and then
do a re-boot to see if this problem is corrected or not.
