Error Msg. "Com Surrogate"

Lately I have been receiving this error message: Com Surrogate. It asks if I
want to send a report to Microsoft or if I want to debug. What does this
message mean?

Lately I have been receiving this error message: Com Surrogate. It asks if I
want to send a report to Microsoft or if I want to debug. What does this
message mean?

It means that you have the option to send the error report to
Microsoft, or to run a debug routine and work it out yourself.

Since you don't have a clue, send the report.
