I am getting an error message say PP2000 can't find my
sound file during the slide presentation, but the sound
file will play during the part of the program where I am
building the slide presentation. Any ideas???

This sounds like something that I have done before. When
you add a sound, it simply links to the sound file, not
embeds it. If you move the presentation to a different
machine, you must copy the sound files to as well. If
the sound files were located in a different directory,
you must recreate that directory on the new machine where
you are running the presentation.

Or to make life *much* simpler for yourself, copy all the sound files to the
folder where the PPT is, THEN insert them.

That will produce pathless links, so from then on all you need to do is keep
the PPT and the sound files together in the same folder and you're good to go.
Anywhere.
