error msg 1704

I was trying to intall a program on my computer, but I
keep getting an error this msg "Another application
installation is suspended...you must undo changes made by
that program....Error 1704...

How do I undo the installation was suspended ?

I had the same problem with Norton AntiVirus,I went

emailed Symantec and they were able to assist me with
what to do,maybe you should find out what program didnt
get uninstalled or installed all the way,and contact that
vendor!
