J Jeff Stephenson [MSFT] Nov 24, 2004 #2 That means that Outlook can't connect to your server. Usually this is caused by a firewall, anti-virus or anti-spam software, or something similar. You might try turning any such programs off one at a time to see which is causing the problem.
