Error Messege: Ox80042110

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. I am receiving this error message.
Your POP3 server is providing inconsistent information. Number of messages
returned by STAT Command does not match the number of items returned by UTDL
or LIST commands. I am able to send a message but cannot retrieve my
messages. Any ideas about how to fix this problem?

Complain to your ISP. It appears they hae a problem.
