error messege from Internet Explorer

When I'm online, I frequently receive an error messege
that states: Internet Explorer encountered problem and
needs to close. Then it gives me the option of sending a
messege of the problem to Microsoft and closes. Is there
someway to stop this? Thank you.

Rightclick IE (Internet Explorer) icon/click
Click to expand...
Properties/click Programs tab. Reset to the ISP
(internet Service Provider) that you use/click Apply and
then OK.
