Error messasge MSIESH.DLL

When I try to open a particular folder in My Documents I
get the messasge that Explorer has caused an errof,
MSIESH.DLL. and that I must close. Any ideas? Please
email me. I will greatly appreciate it. Dell support
group have not been able to solve the problem
