error messages

I am currently using two internet service, but now I am experiencing some technical problem before i
I go on line. They are 1. unexpected internal c-tree(r) error#7716 and 2. reference memeory at "0x00884634" the memory could not be written. Help me please I am lost.
 
Don't worry a program is just crashing, there is nothing you can do. The problem is purely in the applications programing. In other words "FUGEDABOUTIT".
