Error Messages

When ever i go on Internet Explorer a message pops up that
say "Explorer has causes an error in SHLWAPl.DLL or
KERNE32.DLL or INEB.Dll, if you continue to experience
problems try restarting your computer" This has been a
real problem someone please reply.
