Error messages

when I shut down the computer, two messages come up, the
first tells me that task manager must end task on
tfswctrl.exe, the latter of the two is an error message
that says "The instruction at "0x771c1c94" referenced
memory at "0x00000008". The memory could not be "read"."
I don't know if these are related but they reall bother me.

Hi Joe,

I have read about this exact error on a support forum for CD burning
