Error Messages

Hi (and thank you for whatever assistance you can give me).

I play games at Pogo.com. I am continually getting error
messages and booted out of games. The words: "applet"
and "cripes" appear in that error message (always the same
error message).

Someone said I should try and check my "Java", but
although I went into: My Computer/C Drive/Programs and
found Java, it had many folders, so I am confused.

Please forgive me, but I am one of those "computer
illiterate" individuals.

Please advise, if you have any suggestions.

I sent the below "original message", but although my
question was posted, there was no reply? Do I just wait
for a reply? Sorry, but this is the first time I have
used this "help" method.
