Error Messages while logging onto websites

I'm a new computer user and know nothing about how they
work. However, I'm smart enough to know when something
isn't working as it should.

Here's my problem: Sometimes, but not all the time, when
I visit a website I'll get various error messages
(I.e.,line 88 string constant error)and I am asked if I
want to debug the program.

After asking if I want to debug, all I have to do is
click "NO" and I'll be sent to the next page of the
website where I'm ask if I'd like to debug that page.

This is annoying. Am I doing something wrong? Am I
accidently hacking into someone elses' program, or is my
new machine broken?

I don't think your new machine is broken. :-)
Try this: Open Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab/Check:
"Disable script debugging"/UNcheck: "Display a notification about every script
error"/click Apply/click OK.
