I was wondering if anyone might have an idea what is
going on. I've got four XP systems that log into a
Windows 2003 Domain with Active Directory. If I log in
as Administrator to the Domain they go right in but if I
log in as a regular user It takes about 10 mins to log
and I get the following errors.

Event ID 1053
Windows cannot determin the User or Computer name (the
Specified domain either does not exist or could not be
contacted) Group Policy processing aborted.

Event ID 15
Automatic Certificate enrollment for local system failed
to connect the active directory. The specified domain
either does not exist or could not be contacted.
Enrollment wil not be performed.

I have updated all systems (workstations and server) to
the latest version and have tried giving the users
Administrator rights but niether seemed to have any
effect.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated

Thanks

Set all XP systems to use the 2003 domain controller as
their DNS server, and try again.

Does the same thing still happen?

Yes that makes no difference what so ever.
