Every time I restart my computer I receive an error message
NT on.Access Scanner Service has encountered a problem and needs to close. Tell Microsoft : Error signature Sz App Name Sz Mod Name: Kernel 32.dll Szmod ver: 5.1.2600.1106 offset 0.0.0.13887. I have researched this error and sent microsoft repeated reports. I just got this Compaq with Windows XP home addition already installed. I have tried everything. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.
