Error message

When I try and send an e-mail I keep getting an ERROR message. I looked all
throughout the site and and didnt see the ERROR message that I received. I
got a welcome message from you too so I am confused.

I really LOVE Outlook and dont want to change back to Yahoo! So if you
could help me out I would REALLY appreciate it.

How do you know you got an error if you didn't see the message? If you see
anything, what does it say? What version of Outlook? What type of account?
