I can't open the display control within the control panal
in order to make changes to my screen. When I try I get
the following message.
Rundll.exe-Entry point not found.
The proceedure entry point Loa libraryA could not be
found in the dynamic link library Kernell32.dll.
Anyone know how to fix this?
