When I double click on a picture that I have in a folder,
it expands and goes into Windows Picture & Fax Viewer.
When I click on the Paintbrush icon to edit the photo, I
have been getting an error message that says "Parameter
is Incorrect". Does anyone know why I am getting this
error message and how do I fix this problem. I have done
nothing to my system other than downloading updates
periodically. I have even tried a System Restore, but I
get a message saying "System cannot be restored - no
changes made". Any help or suggestions wsould be
appreciated. Thanks
