I'm getting an error message regarding MSVCP70.dll & not
being able to start the program - that I may need to
reinstall it. What is it, & how do I reinstall?

I cannot find any informations regarding a MSVCP70.dll file. You may
want to make sure that you typed the filename correctly.
Reinstall the application that fails to start. This should correct
problems with missing or damaged files.
