Error Message

When I try to download a picture from webshots, I get the
following error:

The data file could not be processed because of this
error: c:\documents and settings\owner\local
settings\temporary internet files\content.ie5\wf53qi75
\238988458cb64c11b6993535e7f1a011(1).wbz was not found.

This always worked before I downloaded SP2.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
I tried adding Webshots to my trusted sites at your suggestion...but
alas...it still doesn't work. I was wondering if I uninstalled Webshots and
then reinstalled it, if I would lose all of the pictures I have already
downloaded thus far?

Have you gone to Webshots' site and looked for tech support? IIRC, you
have to run specialized software (that you've paid for) for Webshots.
Perhaps they have a known issue with SP2 and there is a patch, upgrade,
or workaround for their software.
