I keep getting the following message every time I hit Send/Receive:

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

What should I do?

Many thanks,
Cindy

Your E-mail account's POP3 server, used for receiving messages, isn't
defined properly. To fix it:

1. Go to Tools > Accounts.
2. Click your E-Mail account.
3. Click Properties.
4. Click the Servers tab.
5. Type the name of your POP3 server in the "Incoming mail (POP3:)
box.

If you don't know the POP3 server name, ask your E-mail provider.
