I had to remove a file titled lpggweddb.dll because it was infected with a virus (according to Norton). Now, when I start up I get the following error message: Error loading C:\WINDOWS\image.dll The specified module could not be foun

How do I get it back

You aren't clean yet, this .dll is associated with browser hijackers. Run
