This is the exact error message. When I go
Start>Programs> I have no "Adminstrative Tools". Do I
need to give myself some permissions and if so how??
Thanks , Bill

When I go
Start>Programs> I have no "Adminstrative Tools".

Taskbar and Start Menu properties> Start Menu> Customize. Make selection to
show Administrative tools on the start menu.

I found a "failure" in the security Event Log. It
refenced Logon and read as follows:
Logon attempt by: MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0
Logon account: Bill Taylor
Source Workstation: BILLTAYLOR
Error Code: 0xC000006A
