I'M GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHILE USING MY DSL.
IT READS LIKE THIS: NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM..REMOTE PROCEDURE
CALL (RPC) SERVICE TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY..WHY DOES THIS
HAPPEN AND HOW CAN IT BE CORRECTED

It sounds like you have the Blaster worm on your system. Use Start> Run and
type in shutdown -a to abort the shutdown. Then check this site for details
about the worm, how to get rid of it and how to protect against getting it
again: http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp
